The E TRAY and CASE STUDY exercises will assess the following competencies :

The coaching/training for the E TRAY exercise includes three moments :

• Strategy on how to read, organise and integrate the information from the file
• Strategy on how to organise the ideas and transform the content in a well structured scheme and support for the decision making moment
• Strategy on how to assess/evaluate the answers between strongly agree/ strongly disagree, agree/disagree and neutral and to conclude with a good decision

The coaching/training for the Case Study includes three parts :

• Strategy on how to read, organise and integrate the information received in the file
• Strategy on how to organise the ideas and transform the content in a well structured scheme and support for the writing of the report
• Strategy on how to organise yourself so that you can deliver in time and quality the requested report to your superior which is the final purpose of your exercise

I have a career of 15 years training and coaching successful candidates for the EPSO exams and selection processes and European careers.

But, I need to tell you one thing … This intensive course is not for everyone. You need to be committed to working hard. I work only with the few people who are really motivated to succeed the EPSO test. Are you really one of them?
