The Urbanisation Forum consists of 4 subfora taking place at the CoR in the morning and a Plenary Session in the afternoon in the European Commission's Berlaymont Press Room with restricted access.

One of these subfora, on energy sustainability, is organised jointly by the Committee of the Region's E2 Unit, the European Commission, the Covenant of Mayors Office and Europe-China Clean Energy Centre (EC2).

The other 3 subfora will also take place at the CoR:
 Smart Cities (led by DG CONNECT)
 Sustainable transport (led by MOVE) and
 Europe-China Forum on Sustainable Cities.

The afternoon Plenary Session will feature the signature of agreements between cities/companies testified by the leaders – EC Pres. Juncker and Chinese PM Li Keqiang. The latest agenda is attached.
