The ELOSH (European Core Learning Outcomes for Integration of Support and Housing) Project Final Conference

The ELOSH project concludes with a final event in Brussels that aims at presenting the core learning outcomes for integration of support and housing while giving the floor to partners to share their experience with co-production.
