Venue: Online

The Open Solar Contracts will be presented in this webinar organised by SolarPower Europe and co-hosted by the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) and the Terrawatt Initiative.

The Open Solar Contracts are a comprehensive set of contractual documentation to reduce development time and transaction costs that weigh heavily on the competitiveness of solar energy. They are a robust portfolio of open-source, freely available standardised template agreements and guidelines covering the entire solar project development chain including template agreements for supply, financing, power purchase, implementation, fit & commissioning and O&M.

To carry this project, IRENA and the Terrawatt Initiative collaborated with more than 30 leading development banks, law firms and industry associations.
