Catalan Secretary for Foreign Action and the European Union, Mireia Borrell, will present the White Paper of the Europe Plan at the Espai Catalunya Europa in Brussels. The document, elaborated together with the Catalan civil society, fixes de Catalan government's position and vision on the European Union and will create a framework for the government's mission in the coming years.

The presentation will be on December 4, 2019, at 1:30 pm, at the Espai Catalunya Europa (Rue de la Loi / Wetstraat, 227 - 1040 Brussels). It will consist of a conversation between the correspondent of Diari Ara in Brussels, Júlia Manresa, and the Catalan Secretary for Foreign Action and the European Union, Mireia Borrell. They will talk about the Government of Catalonia's vision on the European Union future. The represntative of the Government of Catalonia to the EU, Meritxell Serret, will briefly present the plan at the beginning of the session.
