The training course will focus on analysing the internal decision-making processes of the three core EU institutions, namely the European Commission, the Council of the EU and the European Parliament, in a practical way also highlighting the key actors who play a role within these internal processes.  It will also explain how the two main decision-making procedures in the EU work, in particular the ordinary legislative and the comitology procedures, also giving insight about the key inter-institutional dynamics in that context.
