1. Familiarise with the 2014-2020 EU financial framework and Programmes
2. Focus on objectives, methodologies, conditions and best-pratices of Erasmus+, Horizon2020, SME instrument, Creative Europe, Europe for Citizens, EaSI, Life, etc
3. Provide advice and guidance on how to write a successful proposal and plan your project so as to exploit available EU funding opportunities
4. Familiarise with principles, powerful techniques, tips and tools on successful project planning and effective project cycle management (PCM)
5. Provide advice on how to manage effectively your project and to apply monitoring, evaluation and controlling tools
6. Familiarise with successful dissemination/promotion and exploitation principles of European projects
7. Explore and study the educational context of cooperative learning, blended learning and flipped classroom.

By the end of the course, each participant should be able to:

• identify the proper EU funding opportunity in the European Union
• plan a project effectively and write a good proposal using Project Cycle Management tools
• manage effectively a European funded project using Project Cycle Management tools
• avoid mistakes in financial reporting that cost budget loss
• apply good examples and avoid bad ones on project planning and management of European related projects.
