The Paris Agreement laid the foundations for an action plan that not only involves the International, European and national community but also the regions. In this sense, the Region of Galicia, which had already carried out some initiatives in this area, strengthens its commitment developing the Galician Strategy on Climate Change and Energy until 2050.
Ms María Cruz Ferreira-Costa, director-general at the Galician regional Ministry for Environment, will address this topic with a crystal-clear purpose: to show the need to move towards climate neutrality, making regions part of the solution to the problem of Climate Change.
In the framework of the European Week of Regions and Cities, we kindly invite you to join us in this EURegion talk that the Galician Regional Ministry for Environment, together with Fundación Galicia Europa, organise on Tuesday, 8 October at SQUARE-Brussels Convention Centre, room Agora 2, from 09:30 to 10:00
