Registration open until 04 Nov 2015

Regular fee € 1.150,00

This module focuses on understanding how to build design an intervention that is relevant, sustainable, effective, efficient, and with a good impact. We will start from a case study and work on the problem analysis and the analysis of the stakeholders. From there we will build a intervention logic (overall objective, specific objective, results and activities). Then we will analyze the potential treats to the project, the external factors, outside our control. Furthermore we will define together how to measure our intervention through qualitative and quantitative indicators. At the end we will check how to identify the best sources of verification. Travel with us through the creation of a good logic of intervention to make your project a success for your beneficiaries and for you!
