Overview

The years 2016 and 2017 will be significant for the Closure of the Programming Period 2007-2013. Meeting the deadlines will be a big challenge for all key players involved in Closure process. Effective communication and coordinated performance between all involved stakeholders will be therefore crucial in order to conduct Closure successfully and in due time. Furthermore, compliance with European Commission guidelines and requirements will have to be achieved.

One of the biggest challenges of Closure process will be the preparation of a very important package named Closure Documents, which includes final implementation report, application for payment of the final balance and submission of closure declaration. Submission of these documents accurate and in due time will assure the smooth closure process.

  • Practical advice on preparation of Closure documents: final implementation report, application for payment of the final balance and closure declaration
  • How to treat irregularities and errors?
  • Auditing Closures - experience of the European Court of Auditors
  • Post Closure rules and obligations
  • Discussion & exchange of experience between Member States

Reduced fee for public authorities: € 1090,- (excl. VAT)
Regular fee: € 1.590,- (excl. VAT)


Discount for European Structural and Investment Fund Journal (EStIF) subscribers: € 100,- 

21 % Belgian VAT will be added (if applicable).
